I’m Stef Kootenay, the founder and guide behind this space for seekers searching for deep teachings to accelerate consciousness
I was born a Russian Doukhobor, a group known for their peaceful ways—but nothing about my life was peaceful. I endured years of psychological and emotional abuse from a narcissistic family , was sexually abused by a neighbour beginning at 6 years old and at 15, my world shattered when my mom and grandfather both died from cancer in the same week. For the next 24 years, I tried to escape the chaos inside me—smoking, drinking, popping, huffing, and lying my way through life before getting sober.
I've always been on the spiritual path...
but for a long time, my progress felt stagnant—until I discovered advanced spiritual teachings that provided objective tools for healing and clear processes to follow. With these methods, I finally knew I was on the right path, able to track my growth and manifest a life beyond anything I had ever imagined. Step by step, I strengthened my spiritual practice and made personal growth a daily commitment and now I'm here to teach you these tools.
Since becoming a teacher I have sold $250K in spiritual workshops, started 2 businesses, became a wife and a mother, and have helped hundreds of people through some of the roughest points in life.
I know what it's like to hurt and I know what it's like to see a vision for you life and have no idea how you'll get there. You’re not here for "love and light" advice. You need teachings that actually work. That “just manifest harder” nonsense doesn’t help anyone—especially not people who carry real pain.
